Mass Spectrometry Standards Reference Data for Major Diseases

This database provide mass spectrometry (MS) standard reference data (MS-SRD) for proteomics, glycoproteomics and metabolomics of various major diseases, including brain metastasis of lung cancer, liver metastasis of colorectal cancer, gallbladder cancer, cholangiocarcinoma and type 2 diabetes, among others. Using an efficient and standardized workflow, MS-RSD data are generated using Orbitrap and QE mass spectrometry, which are extensively employed for biological studies.These data provide a valuable resource for future studies focusing on early detection and treatment of these diseases.
